I fell from scooty before 4 days and my big toe got injured from that time I am not able to walk properly or put any weight on my big toe if I try to put weight the pain is getting worse

Suffering from lower back pain at right side since 2 yrs, sometimes i feel good and sometimes worst situation.. i tried allopathy, ayurvedic, homeo, panchakarma and accunture, physiotherapy.. after physio i felt 50% relaxation... but my root cause of pain is not going ... i feel sometimes by lower back has broken... it creates stiffness, loose pain while standing and sitting... after sitting for sometime and if i stand i feel lower is streaching like a bubble gum .. i m unable to concentrate on my works due to this irritation...i done with mri also the reports says there is mild disc bulge and degenerative changes... please let me know the correct n true treatment for my issue... and further treatment n medication process

I have an ATFL tear in my ankle. Its been 4 months now, though the swelling is gone but it still pains when I walk a lot, how much time does it take, I want to avoid surgery at all costs, is that a wise decision?

Its been 3 days since my brother took a fall on his elbow while playing and says its still hurting while doing some particular movements, took a doctors appointment and says the below xrays shows no signs of fracture or anything related to bone, the doctors its a twist in the hand. Doctor, yesterday evening I suddenly felt pain in my left shoulder while moving my hand. The pain has continued till now. It only hurts when I move my hand, not when I’m at rest. For example, when I change gears in the car or move my hand in certain directions, it hurts. Otherwise, there’s no pain, but I feel a slight heaviness in that area. Even after waking up this morning, it hasn’t gone away. Now, I also feel a slight pain in my right side when I move my hand.

I fell in the steps while walking and my shoulder got injured around 3 weeks ago. Kindly check with the attached X ray, and the pain persists till now. And I am unable lift my shoulder/hand up. Check with the x ray and guide me to recover soon.
