Hi When I had issue in my knee and checked with doctor , Through MRI , came to know grade 1 signal of medial meniscus Previously I was not able to straighten my knee , climb stairs . For 2 months i took meds but not regularly Then again after 2 months i took meds but due to work it was completely irregular Currently I am in 11 month from last diagnosis, I am able to work comfortably, but in slant roads while going up or down there is slight pain . But less pain while moving stairs and straightening my knee . Still I don't put pressure on the affected knee . I am able to straighten my leg and sit a bit crosslegged . But I am unable to sit or squat completely down as while getting up when pressure put on the knee it pains .Also unable to completely fold the knee. I am a state level sports person , Can I get cured and play vigorous sports again

7 days Post OP Advised to move through walker from day 3, but without bearing weight on fractured leg Am not able to sleep on back, am side sleeper, not able to keep the leg straight for some time... Can I sleep sideways with bending leg on side ? Don't know what to do, but during sleep unconsciously am sleeping on side only... I don't feel any pain, I Doubt whether it distrub the healing process... How long I have to keep my leg straight? What to do exactly pls help me...

By end of the day I get neck and shoulder pain , some times head ace too. I work on laptop. Sudden moment of head from side to side some time causes dizziness. On standing I feel as if I am moving as if head is swinging. Heat water pad reduces the pain. Shoulder becomes stiff. Prolong bending my neck doing some work increases it

Hello doctor, I’m 14 years old and have been having knee pain for about 8–9 months. Earlier it was mild, but now it hurts a lot when I climb stairs or do squats. There’s no recent injury. The pain is mainly around the front of the knee. Please guide me

Hello I attched my xray please suggest me still i can see fracture line also where i can see in xray is callus formation also can i walk with full weight bearing?

My wife is undergoing physiotherapy treatment now. Is  Platlet Rich Plasma  injection safe and effective? If so how to go about.

I have attached normal and Scaphoid view xray of my Scaphoid fracture happened 2.5 month ago, please check and tell how much percentage it has healed and can i start bike riding now, has it recovered??

My mother refused surgery when she got cervical spondylitis around 15 yrs ago. Now the pain has grown to her hands and legs. She cannot stand for more than 15 mins as the heel starts paining. Cannot walk for long too. Doctors are not helpful anymore. She survives with a pain killer twice a day. Is there a better way than the surgery to solve or reduce the pain? Would regular physiotherapy help to alleviate the pain?
