Hello I am having pain and stiffness in the neck and due to that whole head feels heavy and also my hands and legs have weakness and shivering sometimes. In the morning when I wake up whole body feels weak and I feel dizziness, I went to an ent doctor as well to rule out vertigo but its not vertigo as well he said it can be due to the neck and orthopedic doctor said it is due to muscle spasm. Please let me know how to fix this. Also I have electric shock kind of pain sometimes in the buttock region as well.

My mRi report Imaging Findings:- There is loss of normal lumbar lordosis with straightening of spine. There is loss of normal hyperintense signal on T2W images noted involving L5-S1 lumbar intervertebral discs - suggestive of desiccation. Schmorl nodes seen at superior endplate of L4 and inferior endplate of L3 vertebral body. L5-S1: Posterocentral disc protrusion noted causing moderate to severe canal stenosis (7mm) and bilateral lateral recesss narrowing. Bilateral Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy also seen.

Myself 37 years male, having bowed legs and osteoarthritis in both legs and foot, and overweight ed 85 kg, how could I get relief from this condition, what type of excercise I can do ? Can I do cycling and weight training?

HI Doc. In 14/09/2025. I fell from bike and had ankel injury on next day i.e. 15/9/25 i went to dr. as there was lot of swelling n mid pain that area. So, dr. Did X ray and told i have suffered avulsion injury left ankle at level of lateral malleolus. Xray Attached. Currently on Plaster Fiber glass. For how long i have to be on Cast. Post Cast removal how long i need to avoid weight on my ankel.

I have mild joint pain in fingers, shoulder, hip ,feet which develop during typhoid infection my tlc gone to high which was normal now and typhoid also resolved but my joint does not go away. From 20 days I have mild joint pain .my crp , ra factor, anti ccp all reports are normal which was done by myself .

Hi, I am 33 year old healthy male. 2 days ago, I suddenly started feeling severe hips and lower back pain in all the positions. It is painful even while sleeping or taking turns while sleeping. It is even getting difficult for me to get up from sitting or sleeping position. I have to take a lot of pauses to get up from my sleeping position. It's very painful. What could be the reason for such severe pain suddenly in hips? Right hip pains more than the left one. Thanks.

My mother is on high blood pressure medication for last 20+ years (Metosartan 25 daily). From 6-8 Months her walking ability has been degraded drastically. Before that she was able to go to market, temple and religious tours on her own without any support. However in last 6+ months she fell down several times while walking and now she walks very slowly taking support of wall as she don't take a walking stick. She complains about pain in her feet. Can this be reversed. Pls advise!

I am suffering from severe right knee and leg pain while sitting by folding the leg and walking due to falling down. The MRI scan report is attached; please advise what the cause of the pain is.

I have both neck pain with tingling and numbness in my right hand and leg pain in both limbs. All my hobbies are gone and I get pain even if I walk. Can it be managed without surgery? Will I ever be able to get back to the gym? I'm attaching my MRI report here.
