After continuous yoga and followed by trekking day using my slippers Jan 2nd I got two bulges on my knee and below knee no pain almost but some discomfort size remains same from 45 days consulted two doctors online they suggested don't touch again and again it will go away on it own why this take long time to settle down ?

Does cervical spondylosis (mild changes in the neck) but lot of pain and stiffness in the neck muscles. Spasms in the neck muscles..lot of headache too. Even migraines present. Do these neck muscles spasms or stiffness in neck muscles that causes severe pain, affect blood supply to the brain? Like, does this have any effect of blood flow to the brain or brain fog or memory issues or sleep issues. Or causes any issues with venous return or does this harm the brain blood circulation? Please guide correctly. Please clarify all doubt. Some websites mention that neck stiffness does affect blood circulation to the brain thereby causing memory and sleep issues and also affects nervous system. What is the right information medically? Please guide.

Tell me the actual problem or whether it is being treated without operation or not.And if operated will she be cured completely???

My legs are getting cramps at night while sleeping and also when I wake up. Sometimes I feel heaviness while walking. I am not sure whether it is really there or just my doubt. My wife underwent LSCS on 23rd jan. Now she has been diagnosed with Dequrvains disease and has been advised to take Disperzyme and Altraday tablets. I want to ask if these two are safe while breastfeeding or is there any alternative which must be considered?

Can she be fine without operation?? Is there any other way to treat her? Doctor provide her medicines.
