Bone & Muscle problems

My 3 and half years old baby girl fell down from bed on 24.5.2025. Next day her right hand was swollen we took X-ray and visited near by orthopaedic doctor. Doctor told no fracture shown in the X-ray but he could find the reason for swelling. He prescribed shelcal and ibugesic syrup for 1 week. It's been 5 days still swelling is there in her right hand elbow. She can move her hand, now pain is not there. But she could not put her right hand straight, could not touch her face and should with her right hand. I have attached her X-ray report. What is the problem in her hand? How long it will take time to get back normal? Please prescribe the dosage of shelcal & ibugesic syrup? Her current wait is 13.4kgs.

Hi, I am 42 years and having 4kids delivered normally.. Since 1 year am suffering from knee pains ,ankle, hip joint pains and finger joints sometimes not continuously. Now since 1 month back pain also means spine some disc pains are started if carry small weight of 5kgs..and sometimes lower legs become tight and feel numbness in  above knees area..

My left shoulder muscles sometimes pain feeling occurs, like while circling my arms my shoulder pain more, mild swelling observed, but no pain during movement, wen lift weights fees pain

Hi, I have Cerebral Palsy spastic type ,  taking muscle relaxant & physio sessions regularly For the last few months I have been facing sleep disturbance and back pain mainly SI & hip joint area and it keeps shifting from one joint to other with every moment Earlier I had tried Pregablin NT 50 & defcort 6mg chemsfort and recently my Neurologist gave me Gabapin 200 nt along with Cal grow forte but I am feeling extreme drowsiness next whole  day . My B12 is Nrml and Vit d is 30. Pls suggest what  can I do should take only Gabapin or switch to Pregablin for sciatica pain . Thanks in advance

Hye doc I got knee pain and some sound earlier the sound was thrice in a day but nowadays its getting worse every time I stretch my leg for sleeping the sound come with a pain I can't sleep at night die to this but one thing make my knee relief is when I take some cloth and tie tightly on my knee I got some relief also if someone pressing my knee I got relief otherwise the pain remains same always in afternoon morning but in night' time it got worsen please help me out doc what I should do I have low b12 and calcium and I took the supplement of calcium already they gave me pouches of that calcium which I have taken I can't drink milk as I m lactose intolerance

How effective homeopathy medicine is in grade 2 knee oa?? Doesn't it again increase the gap of cartilage that has been reduced??
