I am suffering from cervical spine disc bulges at multiple levels,
I'm taking aceclofenac
pregabalin 75mg twice daily
Duloxetine 20mg twice daily
Tramadol 100mg twice daily
Mri shows no significant compression on nerves or spinal cord so doctor rejected surgery
But i still have significant pain that affects my daily life routine i can't work without painkillers
I'm taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily and it significantly reduces my pain
Can I i use these medicines regularly for long-term

5th Metatarsal fracture
Introduction (Medical History Summary) * I have been diagnosed with a 5th metatarsal base (Jones) fracture.
* Due to complications like unusual sensation inside the plaster, I had to remove and reapply plaster twice within the first 12 days.
* I have completed 42 days (6 weeks) since the fracture.
X-rays were done on Day 1 (fracture day) and Day 22.
* Recently (Day 39), one orthopedic doctor advised me to start walking 10–15 steps daily without support.
* I have followed his advice.
* I am still experiencing persistent swelling around my foot and ankle. * Here I am attaching both X-rays and pictures of my foot (Day 42)
Q.1 Is the swelling I still have after 6 weeks normal or more than expected?
Q.2 What are the possible reasons for persistent swelling at this stage?
Q.3 Should I continue walking 10–15 steps daily without support as advised earlier, or should I still use support?
Q.4 When will I be able to walk normally without limping
Q.5 When can I resume my normal walking routine?
