Does cervical spondylosis (mild changes in the neck) but lot of pain and stiffness in the neck muscles. Spasms in the neck muscles..lot of headache too. Even migraines present.
Do these neck muscles spasms or stiffness in neck muscles that causes severe pain, affect blood supply to the brain? Like, does this have any effect of blood flow to the brain or brain fog or memory issues or sleep issues. Or causes any issues with venous return or does this harm the brain blood circulation? Please guide correctly. Please clarify all doubt. Some websites mention that neck stiffness does affect blood circulation to the brain thereby causing memory and sleep issues and also affects nervous system. What is the right information medically? Please guide.
