  4. Cervical rib with tos issue. Solution?

Cervical rib with tos issue
Done xray and doc told that there is cervical rib developed which is rare. Symptoms include neck pain while looking down and sidewards and while sleeping neck nerve pain. Using soft neck collar fewtimes a day. What is the permanent solution ?
