Namaste doctor, my mother has been facing knee arthritis issues for 3,4 years. 10 days back, she heard a clear cracking sound which came below the left knee and since, then, she has been in immense pain, unable to walk properly.  We consulted an orthopedic doctor last week and got prescribed below medicines. Rejuprix CD3 - OD - 60 days, Duraglide max - BD - 60 days, Vitamin D3 60k - weekly, Altraday - OD - 15 days and one pain ointment. She took those medicines for 10 days but since, she didn't feel improvement and yesterday Doctor gave inj. Kenacort 1ml on the left knee only for the first time. Also, we have been also noticing that she has gotten a slightly puffed face, swelled legs since the last couple of weeks and is feeling very weak and tired. So, we did a few blood tests of our own (uric acid, RF, tsh, creatinine, cbc and CRP) where crp is elevated and others are normal. I have also attached x-ray images which the doctor had suggested. Please check and advise us. Thank you.

I hv tennis elbow pain from last 1month,taking tendoshot 1tab daily from last 20 days.use zerodol sp 10 nos,when taking zerodol pain gone,but again starts.i am a regular gym goer.but for this I'm unable to exercise with weights.now I'm only doing free hand exercise.please suggest what to do for releif from tennis elbow pain.

My pattela dislocates and doctor put cast for 3 weeks, after removing cast i did not do physio therapy for 3 weeks, now i have started physio, now i want to know that: 1)will it effect my joint unlocking 2)my physio therapist is manually bending my knee which become unbearable for me, should i allow him to do exercise till i bears or is it necessary to do excess painful/unbearable bending 3)what is the maximum time should a person to complete physio therapy after knee cast

My pattela  dislocates and after that cast was put on for 23 days, and after a week i start physio therapy and knee bends upto 90 degree but due to swelling i stopped physio therapy for 10 days and now my knee is bending 80 degrees, i have started physio therapy again after 10 days but i want to know will it create some problem as i have stopped physio therapy for 10 days and now resuming and any tips how to reduce pain during manual bending by physio therapist

Pain at sternum, worsened with walking and climbing for 4 years. The problem which restricted my daily routine. Please help me to resolve this.

My grandma is suffering with charcot foot she is under treatment but the leg is swelling and it is red. It is not yet reduced. Doctor diagnosed vascular disease in both the legs and diabetic neuropathy. Ankle deformity and She has all the complications like diabetes pressure cholestrol she has undergone surgery for hernia 2 times. Is there any chance legs will turn normal? If not how can it be maintained and prevented from further complications ?

2.7 year boy sits slouching always . Earlier used to sit upright. Can it be due to poor posture sitting or spinal issue ?
