Bone & Muscle problems

I Am suffering from sciatica L4 &L5 When I am going to be lying in bed getting thighs  muscles  pain , But when walking or exercising feeling no pain or when running slowly feeling no pain please suggest what is the reason

Getting numbness in right leg for 5-6 hrs not stopping! Tingling sensation not sure whats wrong!!!!!

My left leg's sole bottom side feels like stabbing pain after the period of inactivity and waking up and some times while walking.. How to cure this pain?

I had trapezius spasm right side and left arm pain and swelling with pain in costochondritial area and upper chest. So i went for physiotherapy and he gave neck traction 7kgs in supine position. I have left tmj issue. 1st day I stopped it half way as my tmj was hurting a lot . 2nd day I did it. But since 2nd day have bad trapezius pain on both sides. Severe headache at the base of skull, sides , front, temples everywhere. Have ear pain also. Have seen another physio who continued with exercises for stretching and strengthening. But this headache and spasm aren't improving. I m traveling in 4 days . Please advice what can be done?

I am having stage 1 oestoarthritis I am 36 years old ..Can I never ever climb stairs ,can't ever sit on the floor ?? How can it be possible because I am jain ..most of our jain temples is having stairs how will I deal with this..M very much worried

I have got a fracture due to sports in left hands ring finger, in the tip. Does this require surgery to be fixed (to be able to play sports again) or it can recover without surgical treatment? In which the recovery will be more? Will the finger recover 100%?

I had complete tear of the mid anterior talo fibular ligament with joint effusion in 2018 and had recovered well with my normal routine but suddenly it started paining and it is very difficult for me to bear weight and walk without any ankle binder.

I have pain in neck and right shoulder since 1 month accompanied by vertigo with every movement of head. I got x-ray done and it shows loss of lordosis. Took medication and rest for 1 month but issue is still the same. Still have pain now accompanied with swelling at the bottom end of the neck (middle of the shoulder). Till now i have consulted orthopaedic and ENT and physician but no relief.
