I had met with an accident a few months back and I got swelling over the knee, the swelling got cured and also I'm able to walk even i did the x-ray of the same, normally Able to bend the leg as well but whenever I climb up stair or come down stairs i feel a bit pain and uneasy.

My mother, age 60, has knee osteoarthritis. She recently received a Sodium Hyaluronate (Hylasto One / Hytasone) injection in her knee. It has been one week, but there is no significant pain relief yet. How long does it usually take for this injection to show effect, and when can we expect pain relief? Also, if there is no improvement, what would be the next treatment option?

I've been dealing with an issue for the past 8 months. My feet hurt the most in the morning. I've constant pain in my heel when I walk or play or run. I've been doing stretches for a month now to stretch my calfs but no improvement. Sides of my feet hurt too. There's pain near my toe region as well. I need to know what kind of tests should I do or scans if necessary. I tried deep tissue massage but it was useless too. I need a good doctor preferably from Mumbai for a diagnosis.

Hello, I’ve been having ongoing issues with my chest, ribs, right shoulder, and neck: My ribs feel uneven (center/left side dips in, and the lower ribs on the left side flare out). My right shoulder grinds, sometimes gets stuck when I move it, and aches. I also have neck pain, especially in the scalene area, which makes it hard to bend my neck in all directions. At times, I feel a stretch-like sensation along the side of my waist.

Hello I had a left knee twist post my bike skid fall. My MRI statement says below observations. I have attached a snippet of report. I also had a history of tibial upper condyle fracture which was corrected with screw implants in 2014. Is surgery only option to corrent ligament tear or are there other treatments I can go through. How severe is this and reovery period. Menisci-Large bucket handle tear is noted in lateral meniscus with its torn fragment involving posterior body and horn seen lying adjacent to anterior horn suggesting flipped meniscus. Intrinsic T2 hyperintense signal is noted in posterior horn of medial meniscus suggesting meniscal degeneration. Rest of the medial and lateral menisci reveal normal morphology, position, size and signal intensity.   Cruciate ligaments- Complete tear of anterior cruciate ligament is noted from its femoral attachment. The posterior cruciate ligament appears normal in morphology and signal. The menisco-femoral ligaments are normal.

Today is the 28th day of fracture as because of complications my 2 plaster removed in 12 days and I am on crepe bandage from 13th day I open it twice a day for 1 hour to breathe the skin my questions are as follows Q.1 There is still swelling on the feet top side and blood stain of purple blue and red colour on the side of the feet. Tell me when the swelling will remove or reduce Q.2 As I am on bed rest from day 1 I am unable to put my feet on the ground. Tell me when can I try to stand on my both feet. Q.3 I have gone through 2 X-rays but still in 2nd x-ray on 22nd there is shown the fracture line. Why it happens?
