Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) Paracetamol 650 mg 1 tablet, 2–3 times/day For night pain(only if pain is severe) Tramadol 37.5 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg  at night
Next Steps
Physiotherapy (gentle, pain-free range-of-motion exercises) Hot fomentation before exercises Sleep with a pillow supporting the affected arm

Consult in case pain radiating to chest/jaw (to rule out cardiac cause, especially left side)
