Gap in shoulder muscle
Can't keep my right hand in one position the pain starts in my shoulder and goes back to the whole muscle. Can't lift the heavy items too and having trouble while sleeping also. The problem began in September 2015 when my hand got streched. Got the X-ray but it didn't show anything but Doctor said that time that there is a Gap in shoulder.

Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Put some ice avoid trying to do any over head activity. See some good surgeon get his opinion followed by good physiotherapists visit.

Consult an upper limb  surgeon specialising is shoulder and arthroscopy, an MRI will be must to reach a diagnosis. But a clinical examination will be needed beforehand.

Go for MRI scan of shoulder,mean while apply hot and cold therapies
