Neck,shoulders or full hand muscle pain
From last year it has started I feel extreme pain inside sometimes in my hand shoulders and in my neck near to the shoulders. What could be the possible reason for the sudden pain? There was no sign injury or anything. The pain feels it for inside not from outside

From the history it's a chronic pain,
Starting from the neck and going down to the hands( ? RADICULAR PAIN)
This is possible due to Nerve compression or irritation on that side
If it's just a localised pain in neck/shoulder/ Hand - then less likely radicular pain.
Needs further more history and evaluation

It could mostly be radiculopathy due to Cervical spondylosis and pivd.
