Neck pain with disc bulge
I had neck pain and consulted with ortho specialist. He advised to do MRI. The result shown as mild posterior disc bulge at C5-C6 &C6-C7 with minimal impingement of C6-C7. Mild disc bulge at Ç3-C4 & C4-C5 No significant nerve root Doctor advised to do physiotherapy and few tablets I'm scare .pls help

hi, nothing to worry. this is a common problem. you need proper postural advice and regular neck exercises. Regards, Dr.premkumar.
