Lumbar lordosis is a normal feature, do not worry about it at all. If you do not have any thigh pain or buttock pain, there is nothing to worry for now. There may be disc bulges but if the bulging disc does not touch the nerves then there is no cause for concern.
Work on improving your back muscles and improving your core stability. Use hot fomentation on your back to give comfort.

Hi
Please visit a physiotherapist as soon as possible.Disc bulge is the first stage of disc degeneration as called as slipped disc in layman terms. The progression of the degeneration can be delayed successfully through physiotherapy and core strengthening exercises. Also lumbar lordosis which can add to the pain, can be corrected by strengthening the back muscles. No need to worry..take care
