Hello Doctor, My uncle suffered back pain from past one week. We did MRI scanning , report says below points 1. Disc bulges noted at C3-C4 and C5-C6 levels causing indentation over thecal sac. 2. INCIDENTALLY faily large cortical cyst noted in lower third of right kidney. DISC DEGENERATION and bulges at L2-L3 levels causing indentation over thecal

Disc bulge is not a big issues bcoz now a days its very common due to bad life style. Main matter is how to prevent it. Bcoz if its not prevent then conditions will go for surgery. So better consult specialist physiotherapist in your area

Does your uncle have tingling or numbness in upper or lower limb.. If so pls visit a physiotherapist for proper guidances for exercise and treatment..
