C3-c4 disc shows left paracentral bulge indenting the cord c5-c6 disc shows posterior central and left paracentral protrusion which is seen indenting the cord and encroaching the left neural foramina indenting the left exiting nerve root. c6-c7 disc shows posterior central bulge indenting the cord schmorl's nodes are noted in the lower dorsal spine desiccated l3-l4 & l4-l5 discs noted
