Disc herniation at l5 s1
I have undergone microdisectomy at l4 l5 2 years before. And now my disc herniated again at l5 s1. I am unable to stand or sit for long. Kindly guide

If recurring again after microdiscectomy ,  will need Instrumentation and Stabilization

if you haven’t given strengthening exercises post discectomy this is commonly seen with adjacent disc….you can still try with physiotherapy…. If symptoms persist please consult a specialist
