Hello there This is a very classic case of PIVD mri report ... what are your symptoms...do you get tingling and numbness in your leg...?? Please upload the actual MRI image of lower spine so that i can see what exactly the extent of disc bulge is... Dont worry few of electo physio modalities along with specific exercise along with certain precautions and supplimentation will definately help you. Regards
