Leg pain (calf muscles
My husband last year had back pain where got mri done and in that we found out about disc bulge between l4 and l5, gap between l5 and s1, hemangioma. Got physiotherapy done where 90% back pain relief. When we shifted to Delhi then there is fatigue and tiredness in legs and if standing for long then pain starts in foot. No pain is felt in back while walking. Taking physiotherapy session of Matrix but not much improvement. Also taking protein powder.we don't know if it's related to back or what?

Since it has recurred within a year, needs more investigations like repeat MRI and consultation with orthopaedic and or Orthopaedic spine surgeon. Looking at young age of patient it's wise to get correct line of treatment instead of trying modality which may not help in long term durable outcome.
