Pain in leg post covid
Post covid i am having pain in my legs, is it because of nutrients deficiency or not. The pain is not at a particular place, sometimes i am having it in thighs, sometimes in calf muscles.

Dont neglect it. It may be due to weakness and may get resolved by nutritional or vitamin supplements but I have seen cases who had raised d dimer during covid and coming with similar complaints. And they were diagnosed to have DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS. So consult a doctor as clinical examination is necessary. You can visit me too via video / in clinic appointment.

It's a post covid syndrome which resolves in 1-3 months.
Next Steps
Take multivitamin and a healthy diet and plenty of water. Painkiller if required

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water.
