Tingling ,heaviness and pain in feet
My mother, P. Nagamani has been diagnosed with L4-L5 spondylolisthesis along with diffuse disc bulge .She is having severe foot pain, tingling and heaviness. Could anyone prescribe a good medicine or exercise for her? Or please guide me what to do?

First conservative trial with bed rest , lifestyle modification , physiotherapy and medications for 6 weeks .

The MRI suggesting mild to moderate disc problem which may be the cause of tingling and numbness in the feet/leg Is she diabetic/hypertensive Using any other medications ?

To decrease tingling and numbness - Tab nerve max NT 0-0-1 for 1t days. To reduce pain- Tab Nucoxia MR physiotheraphy for back strength lower back strengthening.
