Pain radiating from upper back, shoulder to right hand suggests compression on nerve supplying the affected part..This can cause associated tingling sensation and numbness.. Calcium and vitamin d supplements won't solve the problem for you.. You need a proper clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment.

This problem may be due to Cervical Spondylosis causing nerve compression on right side nerve roots.
