Madam,    Your neck pain as is due to disc prolapse. As per MRI report it is not a severe disc, though that can trouble you for some time. My advise is to take anti inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants for seven days and once pain subside, start doing Isometric Neck Strengthening. Also avoid heavy weight lifting and do posture correction. Regards Dr Prasad

Some changes in the discs pressing on the nerves. Avoid pillow under neck, persistent bending of neck when using laptop also causes these changes in the discs, if you are using computer for long time adjust the screen position. Take zerodol TC one tablet two times a day for 2 weeks. If still pain, you need physiotherapy with neck traction.
