This type of pain near the dimple area is most commonly due to muscle strain ligament sprain or sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction especially from prolonged sitting bending or poor posture tablets like Saaz or Zerodol give only temporary relief because they reduce inflammation but do not fix the underlying muscle imbalance use heat fomentation avoid long sitting maintain proper posture and start gentle back/core strengthening exercises which help more than repeated painkillers if pain persists beyond a few weeks or worsens, consult an orthopedic/spine specialist for examination and, if needed, MRI, but most such cases improve with conservative care
