My bach side sholuder one side is higher than other side from arly age but no pain but it can bissible

I am 20 years old and my height is 4 feet 7 inches. I have normal body proportions, but I look very short compared to others. Some people have told me that I might be a dwarf. I want to know — based on my height, can I be medically considered a dwarf? Or is my height still within the normal range? Also, is there any way to confirm this through any test or diagnosis? Please guide me.

Whenever I play football in rain in turf (artificial grass with rubber base ground), a sever pain in both of my calf muscles start. As, I run faster, it pains more and more. If I stop for 5 minutes and then play again in same conditions, the pain comes again. This only happens while I'm playing in the turf in rain.
