Hi Doctor, I’m still having some swelling and a bit of pain in my knee after the dislocation. I wanted to ask if it's possible to avoid full plaster and use a knee brace or immobilizer instead. I’ll make sure to rest completely, avoid weight on the leg, and continue icing regularly. Please let me know what you'd recommend for proper healing and comfort.

I have early morning tingling and difficulty in gripping objects tight in my right hand that gets better as the day goes. I have done an MRI and attached the report here. Can I treat this without undergoing surgery in the near future? Doctors said the surgery in the cervical spinal region has a high risk of paralysis. I don't want to end up in a wheel chair or bedridden at this age. My hobbies also got extremely reduced as the doctor said not to ride bikes, not to  go to the gym, not to go for a run. Could this pain be a result of my long hours of driving? I drive a minimum of 5,000 to 7,000 kilometers per month. What can I do to care for it? Or give me any tablets.
