I have consulted a few doctors regarding my tissue tear, and they have advised me to undergo surgery. What do you suggest—should I go ahead with the operation, or can it be treated without surgery?

I have foot pain whenever I stand more than 10 mins. While cooking and taking care of household works, I get this pain. Bare foot walking in tile floor also causes pain. Whenever I wake up, my first 10 steps are painful. What is the reason for this?

Hlo, I've attached a xray taken today... 50 days post op.. all these days i did not weight bear... Now dr told recovery is good for 6 weeks and allowed Partial weight bear... Review after 6 weeks... And am happy with that... My doubt is xray looks same as 15 days post op xray... Any improvement seen ? I just wanna know... Pls help I don't see any white cloudy callus like everyone telling...
