Swollen knee with pain MRI,XRAY done and it presumed from the reports that it may be a case of Synovitis

Lower back pain on Right side, using Ibuprofen 600 from past 2 weeks. Please help and do the needful

I got mild disc bulge at l4 and s1 and my age is 19 I want to pursue engineering with cse which ask sitting.should I pursue or my dream  is going to be shattered. I have attached my report.

Pain in left leg too much and brusing at some area in leg pain radiating from hip joints till knee , unable to walk properly , could not sleep .

I am not able to rotate ankle due to fracture 5 years back. Too much of pain after excessive walking.

I am suffering from a side abdomen pain from 8-9 days which is going to my left testicle and left inner thigh rarely, this happened probably due to squats or football. The pain is very minimal and I don't have any issues while passing urine, don't have any bulge or swollen testicles, whenever I contract the muscle (usually raising left leg) at some point a feel that slight pain, which is causing discomfort, I am unable play any sport as it gets triggered while doing a rapid movements, I tried hot fomentation and Omnigel but it did not work, please suggest what should I do. Meri maa Prema Devi (42F) ko 4 saal se severe low back + pair mein dard. Bihar mein sirf painkillers diye gaye—ab liver damage ka doubt. MRI 2021 vs 2025: L5-S1 listhesis Grade I → Grade II, disc protrusion compressing S1 nerves; L4-L5 bulge; cervical C4-C6 bhi affected; loss lumbar curve. Kindly real spine treatment advise karein (surgery vs conservative). MRIs attached. Please meri help kijiye

I have been feeling pain in my ribs for the last 15 days and when I press it, I feel more pain. Why is this happening? Can this be a serious problem? Please explain

I am having mid bulge disk at l4-l5 and l5-s1 and exaggerated lumbar lordosis as it is mentioned in mri..I have attached the report. I am asking is full recovery possible in my case..

I met with an accident 2.5 months ago, In trauma centre doctor didn't recognized the fracture in knee, but due to the ankle sprain I was put on plaster & after 2 weeks for checkup they've diagnosed the Tibial spine fracture. It missed in the Xray but shown in the CT Scan & that was spot fracture. So put on full leg cast for next 2 weeks & then gave me the brace. I haven't done the MRI yet but I've ct scan reports. In xray it seems like spot fracture. Now after rest of 2 months & basic exercise I can walk & also able to get almost full extension & flexion. But while walking there is some limping & slight instability at some instances. I'm not sure what should I do, I don't want to go with surgery. And I would like to know the severity of issue.
