I did screw removal surgery in sanjay gandhi hospital where two screws are removed but third not they said extra callus formed between the bones and if I tried enough then re Fracture so they can't removed the third screws

Hi I have mid back pain for about 2 months. It started mild but after visiting physiotherapist the pain worsened. (Not sure if it's coincidental) The doctor prescribed Nucoxia mr for 3 days twice a day Nervijen p for 10 days And asked me to take mri It's a localized pain, no fever, no radiating pain

From last Monday, I have been experiencing severe pain, it started with pain under my feet which lasted for a good 4-5 days and then it moved on to my back and now I have had this back pain also from last 4 days. It is constant pain in the entire back with a little more severity between the shoulder blades. Even when I am sleeping I can feel the pain, this was the case with feet pain too. I wake up in pain and during day especially between 12-4 I experience severe pain.

I recently had left shoulder decompression surgery 20 days ago, i feel some swelling in my left bicep, is it normal??

I had delivery 7 months back. From past2 months i am suffering from tingling numbness and pain on my palms. To mention I have pumped milk every 2 hours (day and night) like for 20min per session for almost 3 and half months as i have low milk supply and baby not latching. I had an ultra sound done for the carpel tunnel syndrome and it is negative. From past 2 weeks symptoms increased and i am waking up with numb hands. doctor asked for NCS and In NCS the doctor told it is carpel tunnel syndrome.ultrasound says no swelling or inflammation, but ncs study show carpel tunnel. attaching the reports Is there any other problem from the NCS reading apart from Carpel tunnel syndrome? If it is carpel tunnel syndrome how serious is this, am very much worried as it may require surgery. I have 2 small kids depends on me. I do a mix of Hiit and weight trainings. I want to know if barefoot shoes are a good option in long run for my feet and knees. Other than barefoot shoes what option can I look for my shoes as I do both cardio and weight trainings together.

MRI findings reveal evidence of degenerative disc disease seen a t the L4-L5 level with diffuse dise bulge and right paracentral and foraminal disc extrusion with disc material seen extending into the neural foramina and right lateral recess with compression of the traversing right L5 nerve root.
