Neck pain radiating to the left shoulder, arm and jaw along with headache and a feeling of vomiting should not be ignored while this can be due to cervical spine problems like disc or nerve irritation the combination of jaw pain left arm pain, headache, and nausea also raises concern for a cardiac cause, especially at 42 years of age this needs urgent medical evaluation to rule out heart-related issues first please seek immediate medical care or emergency evaluation, especially if the pain is severe, sudden, or associated with sweating, chest discomfort, or breathlessness.
