Hello. Looks like frictional tendinitis leading to bursal swelling because of strenuous overactivity. Give some rest. Ice application 4 times a day. Tab. Enzoflam for pain if required. It should settle within a week with rest
Next Steps
In case it there is persistent pain or swelling does not subside within a week.. get knee xrays done and consult to some orthopaedic doctor
Health Tips
Avoid forceful knee extensions, sports and squatting for few days otherwise it might worsen the symptoms

From the photos and your history this looks most consistent with a localized soft-tissue swelling around the knee commonly due to prepatellar bursitis mild synovial thickening, or muscle–tendon strain triggered by repetitive movements like surya Namaskara and recent trekking. the absence of pain, redness, or limitation suggests it is not serious at this stage reduce knee load for 1–2 weeks, avoid deep knee bends, trekking, and floor sitting, and apply ice for 10–15 minutes twice daily. You may use a knee cap during activity and do gentle quadriceps and hamstring stretching only. If the bulge increases, becomes painful, or persists beyond 2–3 weeks, a knee ultrasound or MRI and orthopedic review would be advisable.
