Bone & Muscle problems

Three days ago, I lifted and carried a heavy CPU case up several flights of stairs. Since then, I’ve been experiencing pain in my right wrist, which has now spread to the forearm. In the past day, my left wrist has also started hurting. The pain has been gradually increasing, and I am now unable to type or work on the computer (my daily work involves continuous computer use). There is no visible swelling or redness, but the pain increases with wrist movement or when lifting light objects. I am naturally slim (BMI ~17) and have small wrists. Please advise if this is likely a muscle or tendon strain, and whether I should see an orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist, or if it can be managed at home with rest, ice, and topical gel.

On Thursday Morning she had a severe pain in her left toe area near third and fourth finger metatarsal area and couldn't walk on her left toe. X ray didn't reveal any hair cracks, but pain persists. Without medicine cannot sustain pain. Prescription is zerodal SP (1-1) and Gabapin 100 (0-0-1) But no relief from pain since last Thursday to Wednesday

Hello My son’s middle and ring fingers got caught in a door about 5 days ago. Since then, both his fingernails have turned dark purple. There is mild swelling and pain when pressed, but no bleeding. He can move his fingers normally. Please advise if this still needs any treatment or if it will heal on its? Is there anything serious?

Have knee pain in both knees for 15 days and for 5 days have burning sensation from thigh to leg including knee . Blood test report is attached. And ESR rate is 48

I am facing very high pain in my knee and bone of thumb. Even not able to walk with the pain. When took any pain killer, feel relaxed but after some time the same problem. Before 4 month I was sleep at home in bathroom and my foot is hit with wall and tilt, that time have very heavy swelling. And doctor said that it's take some time but still more then 5 months still the same issue . Please help me

Hi doctor, my son hitted to wall with shoe and fallen on knee. When we picked up observed shaking in foot area, no swelling observed. Anything to worry?

Suffering from lower right side back pain. X-ray shows Osteophytes in front side of spin. After Physotherapy pain released. May take serious osteophytes. If any further diagnosis is required to avoid any future complications.
