53-year-old lady with severe right shoulder pain and weakness. MRI shows full-thickness supraspinatus tendon tear with retraction, infraspinatus tendinosis, joint fluid, and AC joint arthritis. Need advice on surgery vs physiotherapy and best treatment plan.

Does  lateral  tibial depressed  comminuted fracture  cause  arthritis  and  early knee replacement?

My hand hurts since last week when squeezed or when my fingers are pressed at an angle. The pain shifts between fingers; it's not fixed to any one finger - sometimes in first two, sometimes in the pinky finger. I am taking Vitamin D and Calcium suppliments now but should I be concerned or get it checked further?
