Bone & Muscle problems

I have disc bulge starting from dec 24 first mri but getting treatment like ift, traction and other physiotherapy , now again we did mri and it showing multiple bulges in the middle i affected with gastric problems. I don't want to go to surgery please see the attached report and suggest. I am currently in banglore please suggest next steps i am struggling almost a year

Lumbar Decompression & Instrumental Fusion in Sep 24 for Potts Spine @ Max Shalimar Bagh by a Spectialist Nuero & Spine Surgeon. Biopsy indicated no glaucomas and malignancy. Post Op Fungal Infection - Treated with Voricanazole 200 TDS - 3 Months Prescribed different medicines Post Op : Dalacin 200 TDS 5 months, Augmentin Duo 4months then stopped. Then Linezolid 200 BD , levofloxacin 750 OD 3 months ATK 4 Started in June + Linezolid BD + Levofloxacin 750 but stopped in July - Severe anaemia ( Hb 4.5 ) + Plancetopaniya, Iron overload, vomitilytis and sudden weight drop of 10 Kg in one month. Pain Meds : Ultracet, Etoricoxib 90, Indomethacin 75 SR but doesn't work. Currently on : Levoflox 750, Ethambutol 1gm, Rifampicin 600, Indocap SR 75 BD + Rose Up Ultra Suffering from severe chronic low back pain in spine and SI Joints since operation. PT continued since surgery Regular on Calcium Citrate, MultiVIT, Gabapentin AT 300 No failed back fusion, no implant issue ESR 9, CRP 4.5

Asking the same question again as I am not able to add x ray in the previous one. I recently underwent a distal femur plate fixation surgery with dual plates. It's been 40 days but still I am able to bend my knee up to 60 degrees with little pain. Initially I had a physio session and did exercise as per the session but still I can't bend the knee more than 70 degrees. Is it normal?

My father who is 55 year old. His lower body including back, legs start paining especially at night fro last 4-5 years. He can't sleep properly dur to this. But during day his pain is gone. Is it related to bones?? What is this called?? Please tell

My son had a gall bladder surgery 7 days back. But from last 2 days he complaints about his left elbow pain during night hours. In 10 will give 5 for the pain he feels. Kindly assist what could be the reason. Else everything is fine with him.

As per CT scan and MRI pelvis plain reports , diagnosed with   "expansile lytic Lesion in the neck of left femur of 5.4*3 cm" . This MRI was done for a different health concern. Kindly prescribe the next step/tests to be done before I meet an orthopaedic ?

Hello doctor, My mom is 49 years old and is having weight around 79kg. She has both knees osteoarthritis. She is not able to walk freely and has immense pain on both knees as well as below knees calf muscle. While going on small stairs even 2,3 stairs, She is having problems and requiring support with both hands. She is taking shelcal xt, jointace c2+, thynorm 25. She is also wearing joint knee caps in both legs. Is there any cure to this apart from surgery ? She had also taken kenacort 1ml on her left knee 3 weeks back but she didn't even feel any relief after that.  She is having also very less bone density i.e. T score is -2.64. I was thinking of buying an air bike or exercise cycle for her with the thought it will help in the mobility of her knees joints and lubrication of joints. Please advise us. Thanks.

Warm compress to affected area 15–20 minutes, 2–3 times daily. Gentle neck ROM and chin-tuck exercises; stop if sharp pain or radiating symptoms occur. Avoid heavy lifting / awkward posture for 1 week. Ergonomic posture while working. Follow-up: Review after 7 days or sooner if worsening, new numbness, tingling, weakness, fever, or bowel/bladder changes.

Hello there I was starting to get the knee pain even though I am still in my 30s so I certainly believe that I should start exercising as soon as possible ....... ......and I thought of getting a treadmill. I am very confused about the different companies that are selling the treadmill .....in case if any of you have a particular preference for a particular company then feel free to tell me about it
