Hello there, How come do you know that pain is due to lactic acid.In general lactic acid buildup during intense exercise causes temporary burning, pain, and muscle fatigue rather than long-term joint damage or joint pain per say.
Next Steps
if he is experiencing joint pain regularly ,kindly get his vitamin d and uric acid tested first.

What you have mentioned is just an Analgesic for Pain If the particular drug is not available You can go with generic drug (with same composition) Taking analgesics for a long time is not good for your renal s Better do proper investigations CBC ? S.uric acid , RA , ASO

Severe joint pain is not caused by “increased lactic acid”—lactic acid buildup is temporary and related to short-term muscle fatigue, not chronic joint pain. If Ultrapar (a tramadol + paracetamol combination) helped earlier, it means the pain was being controlled symptomatically, not cured from the root. There is no permanent medicine that removes joint pain from the root without first identifying the cause (arthritis, inflammation, gout, injury, or nerve-related pain). Safer alternatives depend on the diagnosis and overall health, so a proper evaluation with basic tests (X-ray of painful joints, ESR/CRP, uric acid) is important. Once the cause is identified, treatment can be targeted and long-term pain control planned safely rather than repeatedly changing painkillers.
