Achilles tendon and planter fasictis
I'm a Soldier in the Indian army. I have had pain in both my heels for the last three years. I have done all scans but none result shown. But in the last 15 days I have also had pain in the Achilles tendon. Currently I am in training I have to run and jump exercises everyday so there is severe pain in my  left heel and Achilles tendon during exercise and standing position.

Most Likely diagnosis is Chronic plantar fasciitis and recent Achilles tendinitis due to overuse. X-ray is often normal in this.
Next Steps
Reduce running/jumping temporarily. Use silicone heel pad Daily Plantar fascia stretching and Achilles stretching Calf exercises NSAIDs and Ice therapy
