Bone & Muscle problems

My friend in jan mri it showed grade 1 signal in posterior horn if meniscus. She did not take meds regulary . On May she again went as when folding knee completely or while getting up from sitting down or from squats there a bit sudden pain. She took meds but not regularly again. But she stopped gym and all high pressure activity since Jan . She slipped for 3-4 times but not on injured leg . When MRI dine again it showed grade 3 chondromalacia patella . Is this possible when no heavy exercise or gym were done. What to do now.

I've been diagnosed with cervical and the x-rays have also proved the diagnosis. I feel dizzy at times and was recommended physiotherapy. Is there any other method e.G.medicines to complete cure this? could my symptoms be also related to poor eyesight as I do wear power spectacles?

Respected doctor, Please check this AT/ oblique  xray of the right foot and see if there is any issue in the big toe. On 22nd, September - blunt force trauma happened to the big toe. Now, there is no swelling, no pain but only minor discomfort upon bending the toe downward at the main joint point, there is a kind of stiffness as if some nerve is stuck or getting pulled excessively.

Buckling of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) with mild sprain near its femoral attachment site. Complex tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus near its posterior root. Periligamentus PD SPIR high signal intensity in medial collateral ligament - Grade I sprain. Mild fluid in tibio-femoral joint space and moderate fluid in supra-patellar bursa. Bone edema/contusion in the intercondylar region and lateral condyle of tibia.” So my question is can a ACLR, Medial Meniscus Root Repair, HTO be done together in one surgery, is it safe and suitable for her case and whats the cost
