Bone & Muscle problems

I am having leg muscles pain from last 15 days. I used pain killer spray but still it is cured. Please suggest as soon as possible. When I walk, pain increase.

Recently, I noticed that my right hand becomes numb for about 30 seconds in the morning, accompanied by a slight pinching sensation and some pain. This usually happens only in the mornings. I consulted a doctor and underwent MRI scans of my shoulder, spine, and brain, but all reports came back normal. I’m not sure what’s causing it, and it’s starting to stress me out day by day.

My name is sathis Age 31 Height 6ft Weight 114 kg BMI is obese Last year (dec 2024) while cleaning the house i fell down from 2ft stool to ground and that time I got pain in right side back hip and at the time i visited the doctor he examined and gave medicine for a week not taking x-ray and after a few months no pain... But nowadays (last three months )i feel the pain while driving two Wheeler more than 30 km or while lifting heavy things I feel pain in one or two days and after rest it will be normal ... What will I do ? And my work is system work for more than 6 hours sitting in the computer (morning shift) last 4 years only i got over weight (above 100) before that I maintained my BMI but now I can't able to maintain my BMI

I'm 37yrs old woman with 2 kids. The youngest is 4yrs old. I have these following issues for a long time. Local doctor suggested these blood tests. Are these needed? Need your opinion on this. I experience a sharp, vibrating, “ringing” pain around the outer side of my left elbow, which feels nerve-like—almost like a zinging or buzzing sensation that travels through my arm. The pain occurs only during load-bearing or push-based movements, such as bench pressing or pressing the clutch of my motorcycle (Royal Enfield), which has a hard clutch. I don’t feel any pain during day-to-day activities. The discomfort is centered around the elbow and eases with rest. There’s no visible swelling, weakness, or numbness otherwise. What could be the possible cause of this pain, and which type of doctor should I consult for proper diagnosis and treatment?

How much safe surgery for l4 l5 disc,can I able to walk and do exercise again...can I live healthy life...i scared because I heard it's not safe...my age is 33.

Hello I have pain in my right leg from hip to toe, what is the solution for this?it's unbearable pain while walking standing.

Surture removed 6 days before... After removal dry crust like thing formed... Just now applied spirit to clean, the dry crust came out and I feel wound is wet inside... No pain... The dry skin came out and now it's look like hole... I applied wounsol oinment and covered that... What to do now.. please help... Am really scared... Physical examination needed ? How to take care of this... Closed or let it dry in air ?
