Have high pain near the hips and the mechanical pressure of the spine on the hips seems to be very high while sitting. Unable to sit or stand in one place for long. Attached latest MRI images of both spine and pelvis. Blood test is completely normal - ESR, CRP, HLA B27 all negative or under normal levels and complete blood profile was normal except for Vitamin D which was 17. Please suggest some solutions/remedies. I am going for regular physio exercises every day under a trainer and occasionally my doctor puts me on an NSAID. But still pain keeps flaring up and it's very difficult to pursue my software job.
