Bone & Muscle problems

I have chronic pain in my left shoulder in backside and chest muscle when I squeeze. Some times pain comes in arm also. This situation is since last 10 years. I did everything allopathy, ayurveda, homeopathy. I did physiotherapy multiple times but still its same.  What should I do

For the last 10 days im having lower back pain. It started next morning after heavy drinking. It was getting better untill yesterday when decided to go out and the pain started to increase. Now im in bed and cant get up to go see a doctor. Dont know what to do. Please help.

I am experiencing pain in my tailbone area, right at the start of it, but the pain feels more intense on the left side. I am unable to sit on my left side, although I can walk without difficulty. Now, the pain has started to throb as well. If I touch the center of my tailbone, it hurts a lot. I work from home and sit on a chair for 10–12 hours daily, though I use an ergonomic cushion. A few days ago, I lifted some pieces of plywood, but they were not heavy as such. Since then, I have been feeling significant pain in my tailbone, and now the throbbing has started too. I’m unsure whether this pain is due to lifting the plywood, my prolonged desk job, or something else. Could you please advise what this might be and what I can do for quick relief right now?

Dear doctor My vitamin d number is 23(low only) B12 is 200 ( 197 normal range) Calcium is 9.5 Done with these tests When should I start using tablets and suggests any names??? Note : y I done these tests, 15days onwards am getting muscle spasm,legs pains,little dizziness ,backbone pain so .

Iam diabetic hba1c 7.2, ,kidney stone with 4mm, Little low vitamin d defeciency, I'm getting so much claf muscle cramps ,bcoz of that feeling  tiredness , Pls suggest what would be reason for that .suddenly it starts sometime iam fine and somedays with calf pain.

As u see I have hard bulge on two places where I kept my fingers this was not there before started definitely after my yoga followed by trekking on January month it's been 40 days no increase no pain but not reduced I stopped my yoga and resting. What could be the possible things happened and how to fix it permanently. It is hard when I touch that place first below knee it started and then on knee see the picture
