Dear doctor, Maybe due to the c-section delivery, i keep facing severe back pain while i continuously sit or stand for more than 15 mins and graduallyy the leg almost below the kneess also start paining severly speaciallyy diring and before 2 days of my menstrual cycle.. May i get a solution for this

Hlo, I've attached a xray taken today... 50 days post op.. all these days i did not weight bear... Now dr told recovery is good for 6 weeks and allowed Partial weight bear... Review after 6 weeks... And am happy with that... My doubt is xray looks same as 15 days post op xray... Any improvement seen ? I just wanna know... Pls help I don't see any white cloudy callus like everyone telling...
