Exaggerated lumbar lordosis noted—likely due to paraspinal muscular spasm. Mild variable discal bulges at L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc levels with partial reduction of L5-S1 disc height posteriorly and likely presence of small suspicious posterior central annular tear at L5-S1 disc level with other findings as described above in the text.

My wife has shoulder pain(over the shoulder blade area and back of shoulder) from last two years . The pain releiving cream helps. The massage also helps. But the pain come backs. Now she started complaining the pain inside buttocks area as well. What is the long-term solution . Will a massager help?
