Taking nervmax active for 20 days at night after food, i feel more sleepy and headache after waking up. If I sleep more than normal, then it's less. Is it normal ? What to do ?

1)This is normal with nervemax. The usual timing to take the tablet is around 7pm or 8pm for patient who wake up early.
