Pain at sternum, worsened with walking and climbing for 4 years. The problem which restricted my daily routine. Please help me to resolve this.

My grandma is suffering with charcot foot she is under treatment but the leg is swelling and it is red. It is not yet reduced. Doctor diagnosed vascular disease in both the legs and diabetic neuropathy. Ankle deformity and She has all the complications like diabetes pressure cholestrol she has undergone surgery for hernia 2 times. Is there any chance legs will turn normal? If not how can it be maintained and prevented from further complications ?

2.7 year boy sits slouching always . Earlier used to sit upright. Can it be due to poor posture sitting or spinal issue ?

MRI shows bony edema/stress reaction in the superior pubic rami, the key is to let the bone rest, heal, and rebuild strength.

Dear Doctor, Recently I got a minor injury in knee due to fallen down on the floor during my dance class. It's been a week, pain and discomfort not yet reduced. As per my family doctor (General Physician) advise I took MRI scan today and I'm attaching the same here. Kindly go through my report and suggest the next steps to recover from the pain.

I got skid on steps 2 weeks back first week bandage not given only tablets and rest 2 nd week bandage was given and painkiller after 2 weeks pain got little reduced now but still there is pain at patricular point i am not able to put weight but the xray is clear there is no problem but now doctor suggested anbiotics because he thought any internal infection or bleeding . I am confused
