I am getting upper and middle back pain.mri shows mild posterior disc bulge c5 c6 level causing indentation of thecal sac and mild posterior disc bulge L5 s1 level causing indentation of thecal sac .doctor prescribed dolonex dt 20 mg 1-0-1 for 2 times for 10 days .can I take 1 or 2 tablet.i have stomach issues previously. Plz reply.

Hello, I had an injury 3 months back while playing badminton. After taking MRI scans, the first report showed that it is a complete ACL tear, but the second scans say mild tear in ACL. Is it possible that ACL is healed or any of the scans might be false?

My mri shows grade 2a signal posterior horn and body of medial meniscus, plz guide me will it heals 100 percent or becomes asymptomatic only or can it can extend to grade 3, and how much time it will take, right now i feel pain only when forced leg extension from 30 degrees

Since last Wednesday, after I woke up, I got this pain in my neck throughout my right shoulder while moving. For the past 2 days, that pain has been excruciating, especially, right after I wake up. This morning mobility on my right side was minimal coz I had so much pain. And now I feel pain even if I'm sitting stationary.

I am having throat tightness on my left lower side near the start of the SCM and near the collarbone. There is no pain now, but 3 months ago I had slight pain while swallowing saliva (not while swallowing food or water). I went to the ENT and was given antibiotics, and within 3 days the pain reduced, but the stiffness remained. Later, I visited the ENT again, and he diagnosed DNS to the left. I have had dust allergy since childhood. After doing a CT PNS, he also diagnosed chronic left tonsilloliths, tonsillitis, and adenoid hypertrophy. My main challenge right now is throat stiffness.

I had an accident, ankle sprain grade 3 during that, done plaster for 45 days, all are normal with 70 days.But after 70 days swelling not gone.I take antibiotic for that but last month pus found in that Doctor done I & D.I & D done on 18 Nov .almost 18 days.wound not fully heal till now.what should I do yesterday I walk 4 km .and yesterday not using dressing i used bandage 🩹 when I open in evening for dressing.I see water like fluid come and edges of skin are white.Is it normal.please what blood test I do for that

I met an orthopaedic doctor in Hyderabad earlier. He gave me a handwritten prescription, but the tablets were generic, and I am unable to find the same medicines anywhere else. My spine scan/X-ray is normal except for a slight gap in the lower back. For the last few months I am having persistent buttock pain, mostly in the centre or slightly towards the right side. The pain increases when I sit for long, especially during driving (I drive 3–4 hours daily in Bangalore). Standing and walking feel normal. No leg pain or nerve symptoms. Please suggest the best and correct medicines (muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, nerve support, calcium, etc.) and the best treatment plan to reduce the pain quickly.” Note :- doc said i have less calcium

Hlo everyone, Is surgery reuqired for repeated dislocated shoulder.. It happened 6 times in last 5 yrs.. And it gets relocated in 5-10min.. But the pain is unbearable for some time till half n hr.. Recently got mri scan done.. It showed Tear in anteroinferior glenoid labarum bankarts lesuion And also Coritical irregulariti with mimimal bone marrow edema But showed rotar cuff muscles shows normal signal only.. So is surgery required or not.. Any idea Ur valubale suggestions helps me a lot

I had minor accident and fell down from bike and had injury in left leg .. took TT and pain killer and tablets for 2 days .. but still the leg is paining and getting swellen while walking .. please let me know what would be the next step.. Ps: Applying Mupirocin oilment
