I am having spasm in my traps and neck i had severe headache in occipital area and light sensitivity and dizziness after resting for a while and taking pain killers like zerodol th4 my headaches are gone but i still have stiff ness in my traps and when i am sleeping at night i am having this vibration rush kind of feeling in my hands which after sometime feel warm and then sweat andi wake up from sleep and sometimes i get these jerks kind feeling when i am falling asleep .. and i wake up with stiffness around my neck and traps .. unable to sleep ... i feel like the painkiller is not sufficient or irrelevant for my spasm i am going to physio also she usses midalites like swd and ift which has decreased the pain but it again comes back and at night time while sleeping in middle of my sleep if i sleep or sides... plz help Any ortho

I have one doubt cross legs can be corrected through exercise,I am 25 years old I have 2 year old baby girl actually I have cross legs ,my baby is also got cross legs,is there any solution to make them correct atleast for my baby,

My mother is suffering from extreme knee pain particularly behind the knee. She has taken pain medications Zerodal sp and ark spray. Because of the spray, there is redness, rashes itching all over that area. What should be done now?

My father was completely fine last night, but when he woke up this morning he was unable to bend his knee properly either forward or backward. He is also having slight pain around the knee joint. We gave him 1 Combiflam, but the condition is still persisting. There was no known injury or fall. Could you please advise what this could be and whether he needs to be examined urgently or get any tests done?

Hi doctors, I've been experiencing pain while standing and walking. I know my posture is at fault too, because I stand with all weight on one leg, usually my left one, which is where the pain is happening. It's mostly around my ankle on the outside, and the bottom of my feet. Please let me know what it is and what I can do to fix this, there's no swelling, just pain. In mri report of my knee there is aneumrysal cyst or gct, and there is lesion ,what wil be treatment for this medicines wil treat this ? And also there is 11 cm cyst in my ovary is this interlinked both are on right sides ...
