After sitting just for certain time only my back starts to ache. It's affecting my daily life activities in a bad way. It's been 3 months now but the pain never goes away even after taking days off from my studies & hectic schedule. Another information am sharing though without knowing whether these both are interconnected or not but i am getting rashes on my arms & legs for 3 months now.

I had surgery 8 months back it almost solved but little crackling sound came sometimes and even not like before but shaking bone I'm afraid what to do everything is fine after doing exercises I feel good but not than shaking type so suggest what should I do
