Hi I have neck pain stiffness that radiates to arm. I also have tingling numbness and finger pain when I hold objects I also feel dizzy. When I visited doctor he said you have cervical spondylosis. I have not taken any x ray. I am scared whether this causes any brain damage or causes death please tell me I am scared when I read about this online cervical radiculopathy or spinal cord compression. I want to know whether these symptoms are just neurological and not danger or it causes any brain damage or death

Can Injuries to neck and neck nerves alter facial structure and symetry Actually I had a fight with my brother. While I was sitting on a chair he just held my head and pushed it downward and I felt pressure at my neck and for split seconds I felt like my neck is gonna break Right now I am not facing any difficulty in moving my neck and can do all stuffs easily but I am feeling slight pain and discomfort in lifting my neck upwards So I am just concerned that the incident would have changed or altered my facial structure symetry and appearance

2 weeks ago i had an accident because of which fracture of the left clavicle and fracture of 5th and 6th rib, now i am wearing the belt and bandage but last couple of days pain in shoulder and back left area below shoulder, what can be the reason

When I walk at night from lying down it seems a cracking or popping sound comes from my leg. I also feel weakness in legs. Also I have been taking ppi for seven years due to gastro problems.

So I get a pop in the knee (mostly in the night), sometimes during the day as well. When I try to get up or turn sideways while sleeping. When it pops it hurts so bad and I have to sit in the same position for like hours until it releases itself. It's so painful throughout. Takes 3-4 hours to release. Not sure why it happens. Any thoughts on it?

Why do doctors recommend not to do sukhasan or padmasana or vajrasana once diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. Should yoga be not helpful for such conditions.

My mother has been suffering from arthritis for the last 4 years. From treatment and medication she felt a little bit better but from a few months she is unable to walk properly. The doctor said due to arthritis, the spine is also affected. The treatment is knee replacement and spine surgery but due to your weight it will be a little bit successful. Hence, he prescribed medicines and injection and after 20 days of medication she got side effects due these medicines. What should we do, we are confused. Please help
