Bone & Muscle problems

My MRI scan for right leg suggested below: Articular cartilage loss + marrow edema (medial femoral condyle), Loose body in the knee joint (5.4 × 11.6 mm), Grade II signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus and  Grade II strain of ACL and current  treatment attached. Kindly confirm if this is ok or any more precautions or surgery require further still.

Some discomfort on red leg .... I was doing surya namaskara daily and one week before went to trekking ..... bulge on knee.... no pain but some discomfort.... this was not present before noticing from one week ..... please find pictures ....

I am 17 year old on my MRI it shows disc hernation of L5- S1 and lumberization of S1 vertebra from that point shooting pain goes to leg and calf muscle pains please 🥺 now what should I do.

Yesterday, I did my work out the way I regular do, then I lifted my 12” single bed mattress to the rooftop and pushed it upward above the roof tiles for Sun exposure then I went down to my backyard started sweeping the left out construction sand. I was absolutely okay I felt no pain during the activities. Then I had my lunch standing. Then 30 minutes later when I finally sat I realised I am unable to stand up. I was hit with an excessive pain in my lower back which increased in the night and moved upward to my spine and downward to my glutes. My Maa helped me by applying Voveran Emugel ointment on that part, it gave me a little relief for a while, but after an hour or so it’s again coming back. Now today I am unable to stand straight. I am literally standing by bending forward little. I am 40, with 58 kg of weight and 5’8” height, with ectomorphic athletic frame. I never had back pain like this before. Am I in grave danger.?

I had an accident six months ago in August 2025. Doctor put plaster around 30 days.Later on ,In the month of November found Pus ,dr. done I & D.Now my concern is that swelling not gone after six months.Two days ago I done MRI.After MRI I feel pain.befofe that there is no pain.I also attached MRI report for reference. Please suggest what is best in this Case.Please look into MRI and ankle photos. What is best in that case surgery or medicine will work on that.

Having pain in ankle there is no swelling only pain while walking , taking zerodol and guaneron for this but this is not beneficial try hot water sikai too nothing work pain as it is what to do

My ankle twisted walking on the road in Mid of november. I thought its normal and ignored. After 10 days got xray and doctor said ligament tear. I took pain killers n inflammation tablets. Went to a hakkim and got it taped. Rested. It improved but then as i walked pain increased. Then got physio done ultrasound and current one. Did hot water and salt dip also. Wore a splint while walking. Then got MRI and its saying tibialis posterior tenosynovitis and no tear. There is slight improvement now but still it pains and doesnt feel normal. Weight bearing is not proper and when i walk after that it starts hurting. Attaching my MRI and xray. Please suggest treatment options.

No swelling , leg pain while walking doctor say some tissue damage , attach x ray suggest something to recover fast

Hi doctor, my father 58 yrs old 96 kgs height 5.2 has almost 70- 80 percent cartilage gone on one leg and other also near to it. Apart from knee replacement any other medication or injections for pain relief and doing every day activities, and going to his office. He want towait for some time for replacement. Pls suggest.  Thanks
