After walking I get heel pain only right foot.. morning first step very painful after sometime gets normal..resting for a while pain increases and then normalizes only heel no swelling at all ..need suggestion

My dad has severe lumbar spinal stenosis with nerve compression. MRI shows the nerve tunnel is less than 5 mm, while doctors say it should normally be around 12 mm. A spine surgeon recommended surgery of Adv - suggested Lumbar decomp surgery + fixation because medicines and other treatments have not given relief. However, my dad is following random treatments from YouTube and Facebook doctors who claim surgery is not needed. One such doctor asked for one lakh rupees for non-surgical treatment. We are ready for surgery and even sought a second opinion through our family doctor, but my dad is not listening and has now taken a loan for that treatment. I love my dad and only want proper, evidence-based treatment for him. Is surgery usually the best option in such severe spinal stenosis cases when conservative treatments fail? what to do my dad already tried different doctors and treatments but did not get relief is it surgery is the right option what to do ? i attached reports please check

From today morning I have been getting pain at the back of forearm on a particular spot and pain increases when I press it.I didn't had any injury on the site and I think there is also little bit swelling in the area.I have attached the photo of the area whefe I am experiencing pain.What to do?

I had fallen on the stairs last month following which had taken xray and ct scan of elbow joint which is normal but right back pain was present but due to heavy work I have muscle spasm in right back , neck , shoulder and arms above elbow and wrist , I have taken muscle relaxant for 3 days and setolac mr but spasm is still present what should I do .

I have lower back pain left hip pain middle back pain both thighs buttocks half and heels paining . Pain feels like tightness in the muscles pain relieves after lay down but couldn't stand even for 10 mins from November 2025. I took mri spine screening in may 2025 it told that mild disc bulge in l4 l5. Took gapabentin for 1 month during tablet pain reduce again it comes . Kindly help me

I got elbow surgery and after 45 days I started doing the physio.. It's been 10 days and I'm getting 50% moments.. But I have severe pain while doing physio.. Cab I go for physio day by day (alternate day) or go to physio every day .. Because after the physio,mostly  half of the day I'm unable to do anything..getting severe pain .. I have  2 yrs old baby so I can't manage both. If I skip one day then I can get some time for doing self exercises..so can I go for physio day by day ?? or it will impact on elbow stiffness??? But physio is the worst pain...because of the pain I'm thinking to stop physio... Pls doctors Give me suggestions.. how to manage it and how many days go for physio ???

Hello sir/ ma'am I want to ask for my 68 yrs old mother, having pain in her right hand wrist and fingers from past 3- 4 months. Pain and stiffness worsen in morning. She is having no other problem apart from high BP medicines. Pls guide

Hello From past 10 to 15 days i am suffering from shoulder pain and the pain is near the joint on which shoulder is located with my right hand. I have pain gel like volini and also taken exact mr for 4 days but the pain is still there,the pain is there while moving hand up and down and while moving sideways and while lifting bucket of water. The pain started when I suddenly lifted medum sized bucket of water inappropriately. Please reply as to why is the pain still there and how much time it will take to completely go off pain. Kindly suggest any medicine for the same as i am allergic to nsaids medicine except for exact mr Please reply as soon as possible!

Hello. I have 3 level cervical disc bulge. It was found out 6 years back and am somehow managing the symptoms like arm pain and tingling/ lightheadedness/ mild numbness in legs ( on and off ). Now in my recent MRI - shows spinal cord damage has started which was not there till 2025 as the previous MRI from the same lab dint show it. Am confused whether to go for surgery or not. I visited 2 doctors - 1 says laminoplasty and the other says C3-4 - disc replacement C4-5 fusion and C5-6 disc replacement ( hybrid surgery) . Pls guide me how to go about and what should I do. MRI report as attached.
