I have been suffering from bilateral avascular necrosis (AVN) of the wrist scaphoid bones for the past 7 years. I underwent a fusion surgery on my left wrist, but unfortunately the operation was not successful, and the pain still persists. Now, AVN has also developed in my hip joint and shoulder.osteofos 70 is not working I have never taken steroids, I do not consume alcohol or cigarettes, and I have never had any major injury or trauma. I have gone into severe depression because of this condition. After some time, limping may start, and I am afraid that I may not even be able to walk properly because of AVN in hip joints I want to know whether Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) or FSWT (Shockwave Therapy) can be helpful for me, or if there is any medicine or specific tests that you would suggest.

Hello Dr, ​For a 65+, if I have been taking Shelcal 500 by myself (as it's generally heard that calcium tablets should be taken for 40+) , can I switch to Cipcal 500? Composition same. I know Cipla is known brand but when I saw it's rates 30% less, I had this confusion...as I thought Cipla is old brand well known than Torrent , but price is vice versa, so confused? Is it safe to switch to Cipcal 500mg and what should be ideal dosage of this bone health supplement what time of day etc? As I take randomly. Hi dr, My mom had sever pain in left knee from 2 days. Her age 57 weight 83 No other chronic Dieases She was applying oil on leg 2 days back and when she streched her leg...one sound came and since then pain started. I get back pain when I am sitting for longer time (30+ min). The location of the pain is around the middle back. This issue is persisting since last few months initially I ignored but now it is getting worse when I sit for longer time. I previously had UTI, I'm not sure if that is relevant .

5 years back I was doing 10kg(i don't remember weight) barbell curls suddenly I left that barbell from that day my collar bone area started aching(very little) I ignored it for 1-2 years but when pain increased I visited a physio she did dry needling, lazer and other treatments in my shoulder for 15 days it didn't worked for me then I again ignored it for years now I'm stuck in a condition that I can't go long drives because of Pathholes my pain radiates from neck to shoulder 1.5 month back I had USG it showed calcific tendinitis I visited physio again for more than a month she did lazer,ultasound everything. recently I got done my shoulder MRI my MRI is perfectly normal there is no inflammation also but still I'm having pain in my shoulder (IMPORTANT- my pain only comes when I travel and when I take rest or sleep I have no pain in my shoulder, when wakeup in morning I don't have pain) my physio is saying that this pain could be because of cervical. I'm not getting what is she saying

Hello Doctor, My mother aged 66yrs has been having pain in her left shoulder for the past one month. The pain increases when she moves her hand. There is no injury. Please advise what could be the reason and what tests or treatment are needed.
