Bilateral cogential dislocation of hips
Actually I have a problem of bilateral cogential dislocation of hips as you can see in the x ray , still I have no pain and any problems in daily life activities. A few months ago I consulted a doctor he said that it will be cured by THR but if there is no problem in my daily life and there is no pain then I would be better to avoid the surgery . It's ok but my question is :- is there any problems if I do THR in this case . I can wait till 26 age but If there will be no pain at that age and I do THR then is there any problem❓ please tell me what is the best step to do❓

Heavy Legs
I am preparing for an SI physical test on 10 June. I am experiencing persistent heaviness and weakness in both legs. There is little pain, but my legs feel fatigued, heavy, and do not generate enough power while running. My endurance and performance have declined significantly, and during long jump my legs get exhausted very quickly.
I have consulted multiple doctors. X-rays of my legs and lower back were normal. I have been prescribed Vitamin D supplements, muscle relaxants, recovery supplements, protein, electrolytes, and adequate hydration. Despite this, the heaviness and weakness persist.
The main problem is that my legs feel weak and do not respond properly during physical activity, even though pain is minimal. What could be the possible cause, and what tests would you recommend to identify the root cause? Also, with my physical test on 10 June, what can I do in the remaining days to improve my performance safely?

Pain in Right Chest and Back.
“When I bent down and used my right hand to place a slightly heavy box, I suddenly felt a pulling/cramping pain near the right side of my chest, and it hurt badly. After that, the pain did not reduce. Now I have pain on the right side of my back and chest while breathing, walking, or bending.”
