Bone & Muscle problems

My left leg ankle got twisted on Saturday morning... Swelled immediately and in pain. I am trying to get it normal by ice pack and pain killers mor eve. No bruce as such. Walking, coming to office also but it's paining not smooth in moving d ankle Swelling is still visible all over d ankle area.. Pls suggest. Is it ligament tear or somthing serious ..

There is constant pain from shoulder to elbow and sometimes run through fingers. Biceps area is most prome. Tried physiotherapy but pain exists.

I have lumps and itritation at bilateral ischial regions (contact points of butt when sitting). Some history: - 13 months of trying to recover from L5S1 disc bulge. Slow progress, feel better in past couple months after new exercise routine. - Sitting is still difficult. I limit to 20+20 minutes per day. - Also had greater trochanteric bursitis for 4 months. Better in the past couple months but not 100%. - After the trochanter bursitis, it seems like similar bursitis began at the ischial bones. My old doc said it was bursitis, but could be hamstring tendon issue too. Did not pursue as was focused on lumbar. Symptoms:  Some mobile lumps at the ischial bones. It was the worst 3 mo back when sitting on it led to feeling of numbness in the butt, perineum. But that has reduced now, but I can still feel the lumps there. Gentle hamstring stretches or glute exercises also seem to aggravate the area. Also from standing for long. How should I address this?

Numbness and irrigation at above left knee and backpain also but in x ray of spinal all ok how to manage or recover the numbness of that area
