Hi life savers  🙏🏼 I have stiff hamstring please suggest me any tips from you Need rest or activity?

My mother (84y)  has severe pain and swelling on right upper foot since 5 days. It started on its own. We showed it a Ortho doctor and he said since there was no injury, just to keep ice compress and apply some ointments like volini. But it's been 5 days, it's still the same. The pain worsens on even on slight walking She has no diabetic issues and her general health is good. I am not sure which doctor to show it to. Is it orthopedic issue or should I show to a physician? Can someone please suggest a remedy? Thanks a lot, in advance.

Hello its 8 weeks done of my surgery and this is my 2 weeks old xray my question is when i try to walk with stick with full weight bearing i have fear and its feels like iam putting pressure on my fracture site you can say i have dont have confidence to put full weight on my leg currently iam doing half weight bearing with walker but its already 2 months done today plz what i have to do can i do fearless full weight bearing

Hello doctor... Accidentally I took the expired medicine for just 2 days (just after 2 days of  expiration)still there are 6 more tabs..can i continue for 6 days...bcz we didn't get that tabs here...I am staying in poland..but those medicines are important for me..there is no alternation option also

This is two xray first was injury time 3 september 2025 and Second was after one month follow up is 3 October 2025 is bone was healing i have no pain now their is any possibility in acl injury in this type fracture
