Bone & Muscle problems

My mother refused surgery when she got cervical spondylitis around 15 yrs ago. Now the pain has grown to her hands and legs. She cannot stand for more than 15 mins as the heel starts paining. Cannot walk for long too. Doctors are not helpful anymore. She survives with a pain killer twice a day. Is there a better way than the surgery to solve or reduce the pain? Would regular physiotherapy help to alleviate the pain?

I fell from bike last month. From then I have pain in my right hand when doing certain actions. Today I consulted doctor and he asked me to take xray. Dr told may be rotated cuff injury and a slight hairline injury in the pointed area. He also suggested to take MRI saying it may be ligament tear. What should I do?  when I enquired the cost and it was was 7.5k. is it really necessary please do help. It's really costly for me. It's not that I doubt doc but please tell me is it necessary to take MRI.

He have extra bone in leg, I need to remove that bone I need estimate value for the surgery or any other procedure

I'm confused about the tablets because I see the company's brand isn't even available online. Can you please suggest whether I should use this or get a good brand of the same combination?

Sir, I have moderate sunken chest and during take off my shirt infront of others i feel low. I thought I am different from them. Is there any solutions ,any surgery, any exercise that it's completely gone .

I get this very agonizing pain in my knee, but not when I do intense cardio. I can burn up to 600-800 calories in like a HIIT step class, spin class, badminton for 1 hour, burn like 350-400 calories in like 30 minutes for badminton. I can run around and I won't feel much pain when I'm running side to side or doing any... I don't know, it's just my pre-assumption. But when I get up in the morning and I walk to the bus stop, which is like a 4-minute walk from my house, I get this agonizing pain in my knee from my calf. It's sort of like a shock and I don't know what it is. But it doesn't hurt when I'm doing intense cardio. But it hurts when I'm walking, pace walking, or even running. I don't know. I don't understand this. I'm kinda confused.

Can my mom take the given omega 3 tablets in the photo? We are taking it mainly for joint pain. Also please guide safe dose for my mom or any precautions with this and side effects? There is no medical condition currently.
